349 Tamaki Drive sits on a prominent site looking out to St. Heliers amazing sea view. To rejuvenate this historical building, we based it with a contemporary black, grey and white timeless colour scheme.

We uplifted the interior by using engineered timber floor boards, providing a more natural, soft lighter colour tone contrasting to the dark colour carpeting to harmonize the inside with the outside.
